ABOUT THE PROJECT

BRAVO, in cooperation with “Fondacija Poduzetnika u BiH” is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ YE “Mindful moments” in Daugavpils, Latvia. This initiative aims to significantly improve the well-being of young people by providing them with crucial stress management techniques through mindfulness, relaxation, and time management strategies. It fosters a supportive environment for sharing experiences and building networks, especially for those from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds. The project also cultivates cross-cultural understanding by exploring varied stress management approaches, encouraging empathy, and broadening perspectives.

Participants will identify personal stressors, create individualized coping plans, and gain insight into the impact of stress on mental and physical health. Furthermore, it empowers youth workers with new methods to support young people’s well-being within their communities, ultimately promoting resilience and healthier lives.
