LTT3 Training Program: Strengthening Digital Cooperation for Civil Society

The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity III (LTT3) took place from 19 to 23 January 2026 in Skopje, North Macedonia, bringing together civil society representatives from across Europe. Hosted at the Youth Cultural Center (YCC), the program focused on strengthening digital cooperation, data security, and modern communication practices for civil society organizations.

LTT3 was implemented within the Erasmus+ project Civil Society Initiatives Strengthened with Information and Data Security, with the goal of providing participants with practical digital skills and tools applicable to their everyday work.

A key strength of LTT3 was its strong focus on practice-oriented learning. Through interactive workshops, real-life examples, and group exercises, participants explored topics such as digital communication, content strategy, social media platforms, and digital hygiene.

The learning-by-doing approach allowed participants to actively test ideas and tools, making the training both engaging and immediately useful.

Digital Skills for Civil Society Organizations

The agenda covered essential topics related to digital transformation, including the Google ecosystem for NGOs, data collection, digital monitoring, and data visualization. Participants were also introduced to artificial intelligence fundamentals, prompt engineering, and generative media tools.

These sessions helped demystify digital and AI-based tools and showed how they can support communication, data analysis, and project development in the civil society sector.

International Exchange and Collaboration

LTT3 created a valuable space for international cooperation and peer learning. Participants from different countries shared experiences, challenges, and best practices, fostering meaningful dialogue and new connections.

This intercultural exchange strengthened collaboration between organizations and opened opportunities for future partnerships.

Partners and Impact

The activity was implemented in cooperation with multiple European partner organizations, including the SETA Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research as coordinator, and the Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities (BRAVO) as one of the partners.

By the end of the training, participants left Skopje with improved digital competencies, practical tools, and increased confidence to apply new knowledge within their organizations.
