9 Trendova Koji Oblikuju Rad u 2026. Godini

Algoritamska transparentnost i povjerenje

Fluidne karijere i kraj linearnog uspona

Ltt3 Training Program Recap – Skopje

LTT3 Training Program: Strengthening Digital Cooperation for Civil Society

The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity III (LTT3) took place from 19 to 23 January 2026 in Skopje, North Macedonia, bringing together civil society representatives from across Europe. Hosted at the Youth Cultural Center (YCC), the program focused on strengthening digital cooperation, data security, and modern communication practices for civil society organizations.

LTT3 was implemented within the Erasmus+ project Civil Society Initiatives Strengthened with Information and Data Security, with the goal of providing participants with practical digital skills and tools applicable to their everyday work.

A key strength of LTT3 was its strong focus on practice-oriented learning. Through interactive workshops, real-life examples, and group exercises, participants explored topics such as digital communication, content strategy, social media platforms, and digital hygiene.

The learning-by-doing approach allowed participants to actively test ideas and tools, making the training both engaging and immediately useful.

Digital Skills for Civil Society Organizations

The agenda covered essential topics related to digital transformation, including the Google ecosystem for NGOs, data collection, digital monitoring, and data visualization. Participants were also introduced to artificial intelligence fundamentals, prompt engineering, and generative media tools.

These sessions helped demystify digital and AI-based tools and showed how they can support communication, data analysis, and project development in the civil society sector.

International Exchange and Collaboration

LTT3 created a valuable space for international cooperation and peer learning. Participants from different countries shared experiences, challenges, and best practices, fostering meaningful dialogue and new connections.

This intercultural exchange strengthened collaboration between organizations and opened opportunities for future partnerships.

Partners and Impact

The activity was implemented in cooperation with multiple European partner organizations, including the SETA Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research as coordinator, and the Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities (BRAVO) as one of the partners.

By the end of the training, participants left Skopje with improved digital competencies, practical tools, and increased confidence to apply new knowledge within their organizations.

Testimonial of Youth Exchange “Mindful Moments”

“Studying and doing my research on such an important topic, with even more important people has been the highlight of this entire project. Beneath Riga’s icy breeze, we found warmth in expanding our culture in all four geographical directions: to Latvia, Georgia, Spain, Hungary, Türkiye, and all the way to Egypt, Mongolia and Uzbekistan.

I can confidently say that the Foundation’s projects change lives. I worked on strengthening European interculturalism, upgraded my professional skills and checked another destination off my travel bucket list. Now it’s your turn to make the world wonder.” – Ahmed Goran

“This project has a special place in my heart. During this amazing project that focuses on the most important things these days, stress and mental health, I had the chance to meet amazing people from various countries like Georgia, Latvia, Turkey… All these countries tell their own story, special and powerful. It was a pleasure to meet all these cultures and work with them.

This was my first Erasmus + project and I will be grateful to the Foundation for the rest of my life because they gave me the opportunity to participate in it. I can definitely say that it changes lives of young people in BiH because they changed mine. This project helped me to grow as a person, develop my skills and discover true happiness and joy! – Tarik Kahrić

“By participating in this youth exchange, I have gained knowledge regarding stress management and met a lot of incredible young individuals. We worked together to teach each other valuable lessons and we got an opportunity to learn about different languages, cultures and traditions, while exploring Riga together. Our mentor was great and he has taught us many important things. I got a chance to get out of my comfort zone, learn, connect with amazing people and build meaningful friendships, all thanks to the Foundation of Entreprenours. I am really grateful for the opportunity to represent our country and the Foundation in this project, and this experience was unforgettable.” – Katarina Pašić

Exploring the Baltics was an amazing experience- We got to meet their unique culture and people. The project was executed very smoothly, and the organisations that were responsible for the project were very professional. In the end, we felt like one big family.– Bakir Destanović

“I was lucky to take part in a project in Riga, Latvia. The city was beautiful, full of history and charm. I met amazing people during my time there and made strong connections that I will always remember. It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget.– Delila Vatreš

This was my very first exchange, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I‘m usually a pretty quiet and reserved person, but this project really helped me open up. Being surrounded by such kind and supportive people made it easier to share my thoughts and be myself. We learned a lot about stress and how to deal with it, but for me, the best part was connecting with others. There were participants not only from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also from Georgia, Latvia, Türkiye, and Hungary – and it was amazing to learn about their cultures and hear different perspectives. We laughed a lot, explored a new city together, and had some really meaningful conversations. Our mentor was great and was always there for us. I’m so grateful I got to be part of this –  it was a special experience that I’ll always carry with me.– Alma Kajmaković

“Wow. What an experience. I look back and there’s nothing but absolute love and joy for this project and especially the people that accompanied me on this unexpected adventure. The people I was with, these beautiful, pure angels, made this unforgettable journey filled with love, friendship, laughter, learning, and ultimately heartbreak at the unavoidable parting.

I am thankful to have been blessed with the opportunity to learn more about this topic and to do my part in talking about and solving this great issue regarding stress and mental health. Though our paths now diverge, the memories we created and the lessons we shared will remain etched in my heart. This chapter may be closing, but the impact it’s had on me—and the bonds we’ve formed—will live on.

If this is goodbye, then let it be with gratitude, not sorrow—for we were lucky to have walked together, even for a while. I will not say: do not weep; for not all tears are an evil.– Haris Kadić
